So, my old room mate Heather, who has yet to come and get her things from the apartment...  She has this way of being so dependent on everyone around her, and acting like other peoples' lives do not move with out her in them.  She keeps telling us, "i'll come get my things when I can" and it has been three weeks.  I don't think she understands the severity of the situation.  We will be sueing for the removal of her name from the lease if she does not come and get her things by the end of next week.  If her things are still sitting here when we have her name removed from the rent, we will give her one more week to come get her things, and then will be filing for abandonment.
